I have always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This goes back to grade school. My whole attitude on life is changing right before my eyes because of you. I have spent the last 40 years maybe even 42 years with negative messages, and self talk that has made life almost unbearable. I spent the last 20 years trying everything to change.
